Full course description

This conference is designed for all professionals who may interact with victims or perpetrators of sex trafficking.  Recommended attendees include: Health care professionals, students, law enforcement, attorneys, social service professionals and advocates.  Texas A&M is collaborating with The Children's Hospital of San Antonio to present this conference.

Address: The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio.
333 N. Santa Rosa, San Antonio, TX 77207 in the David Christopher Goldsbury Center for Children and Families in the Auditorium.
Parking is $8 per day for valet or self parking and is not included in the tuition.
Self Parking: The entrance to the Visitors Parking Lot is located at 333 North Santa Rosa between Martin and    Houston Streets for $8.

Valet Parking:  Guests can be picked up and dropped off in the 300 block on San Saba Street. Valet parking is available for $8 at the San Saba Street entrance.

Terms and Conditions of Registration (fees, cancellations and refunds)

Registration for this event (Human Trafficking Response: A Multidisciplinary Team) will close on 10/22/2019 to allow for logistics (facility, meal and/or refreshment coordination).

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration immediately. Refund requests will be accepted up to five (5) working days prior to the start of the event.  Refund requests should be submitted to cynthiahurt@tamu.edu. Refunds will not be processed until the conclusion of the event.

Last minute registration transfers will be handled on a case-by-case basis, please email no later than three (3) days prior to the event.  If no cancellation notice is received, or request for refund, refunds will not be automatically issued. No partial refunds can be issued.

  • The full name of the billing contact and their email address
  • Invoice payment method

  • Include the physical billing address
  • Registrant’s information for all registrants –
    • Full name
    • Email address (for registration confirmation and follow up information)
    • Title/Profession (example: Lieutenant, Victoria Police Officer)

Providing incomplete information could delay registration.  All registrations need to be completed prior to the event date.
